1. Order Processing



All orders are processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, limited drops, or releases, processing times may be longer.


Orders are not processed or shipped until payment is fully received.





2. Shipping Times



Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Sad Trap Boyz is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been shipped.





3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking



Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.





4. Incorrect Shipping Information



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.


Sad Trap Boyz is not responsible for:


  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to address errors



Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.





5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages



Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Sad Trap Boyz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


If your package is missing:


  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • File a claim with the carrier if applicable



We recommend shipping to a secure location.





6. Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue



Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.





7. International Shipping



International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Sad Trap Boyz is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
